Refunds and cancellation

This policy applies to purchases from UpcomingSounds and must be read with the product information and Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over commercial restrictions.

Request a refund or cancellation

Email support@upcomingsounds.com or use our contact form. Include your order reference, purchase date and a short description of the request. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords or identity documents in your initial request.

USC credits and marketplace purchases

The existing commercial policy generally treats USC credit purchases as final, except where a refund is required by law or expressly offered. Approved discretionary marketplace remedies may be credited to your wallet. Wallet credits do not replace a refund to your original payment method where the law requires that refund, unless you expressly agree to a permitted alternative. A credit balance or a rejected submission does not guarantee coverage or a particular promotional outcome.

Consumer withdrawal rights

EU consumers generally have 14 days from concluding an online service contract to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions. If you expressly request a service to start within that period, a proportionate amount may be payable for the service actually supplied. Loss of withdrawal rights for a fully performed service or immediately supplied digital content depends on the specific legal conditions, including any required express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation. Using a credit or starting a service does not by itself waive all consumer rights.

Non-delivery, defects and payment errors

Rights relating to failure to supply, lack of conformity, duplicate charges or unauthorised payments remain available where applicable. Contact support with the relevant order details. We assess the actual purchase and the remedy required; nothing here restricts statutory deadlines, payment-provider remedies or access to a competent authority or court.

How refunds are made

Refunds required by consumer withdrawal law are made within the applicable legal deadline and using the original payment method, unless another permitted method is expressly agreed. Other approved remedies depend on the purchase and payment provider. Mandatory protections available in your country of residence remain unaffected.
